All my 20s, I have been very skeptical about colouring my hair. Moving to Australia and figuring out the skin tone and colour match, jewelry preference and colour match was very overwhelming. I have dark black natural curly hair and a Nepali skin tone. I met Claire (CC) in Hermosa. She knew what she was doing, she explained everything while she was doing it. I loved how she did not sterotype me as another south-asian customer which I have faced alot in the last few years. The salon was so busy but the girls were on their feet, juniors assisting seniors. I loved how so many stylists formed a team to address my Balayage. I felt special and pampered. I appreciate those girls who never took a break during my 4 hours stay in the salon. It is not a joke, I know it. Hatsoff team. Three additonal cheers to CC. I am always choosing you guys for my hair. With my textured hair, it is not easy, I have maintained it, I know it. The patience and the friendly staffs were commendable.

Had beautiful experience in new hair salon at Westfield Hurstville. Emma did root melt, colour correction and Brazilian b 3 conditioning and oil treatment of my very dry hair. It looks glossy and healthy! Everyone was friendly in salon and price was great too ✅💖🌈🥳👨👩👧👦 You can see last 2 photos are before 😅

Very professional punctual & prices are very reasonable. I was delighted with my hair when I left… I felt like a rockstar. I’m old and a bit fat but heads still turned because my hair was fabulous. I got the works. Roots, Foils, Haircut, Toner, Blow dry and styling for really really good price I come down from Port Macquarie to get my hair done down there. Hermosa are unbelievable. I’ll post a photo next time
